At a global meeting of ministers from different denominations was concluded that Islam is the fastest growing in the world especially among minority groups. last month I attended the required training class to keep my security status in the Department of Corrections.
The meeting included a presentation by three speakers: one Catholic, one Protestant and Muslim, who explained their beliefs.
I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam say. The Imam gave a great presentation complete and the foundations of Islam including videos.
After the presentations allowed time for questions and answers.
When my turn came I asked the Imam:
"Please and correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared Jihad (Holy war) against infidels in the world. So killing an infidel (which is an order to all Muslims) have secured a place in heaven. If that were the case ... Can you give me a definition of cheating? "
Without discussing my words said with certainty:
" They are the nonbelievers. "
To which I replied:
"Let me make sure I understood correctly. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who does not profess their faith to go to heaven? Right? "
The expression on his face changed from one with authority, to a boy found by hand in the cookie jar. Embarrassed, she replied:
"That's right
I added:" Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope Benedict commanding all Catholics to kill all the Islamic or Dr. Stanley ordering Protestants do the same to go to heaven. "
The Imam was speechless.
continued: "I have another question, man, when you and your colleagues tell their pupils to kill me, who do you prefer to ALLAH" ordering him to kill me for UD. can go to heaven or my Jesus who commanded me to love you as myself that I may go to heaven and he wants YOU. with me? "
You could hear a pin drop when Imam bowed his head ashamed.
